Regarding the proposal to spin-off ESPN, Christine McCarthy says it is fully integreated in Disney's approach in how they deliver content to consumers.
Christine McCarthy says they generated $9 billion in advertising commitments during the upfront period.

The demand pipeline for Disney Parks remains robust according to Josh D'Amaro.
Disney will be investing in their parks to increase the capacity so they can accomodiate more guests.
Josh D'Amaro: "Genie+ is doing phenomenally well. It is selling much better than we thought."
Josh says every move they made was focused on improving the guest experience, this includes putting a cap on attendance.
Disney is making more money off of fewer guests than they did in 2019.
Disney Cruise Line is not back where they want that business to be.
Josh says that seeing the response to the reopening reiterated to him the power of the Disney brand.
Josh D'Amaro says that the parks business recovered very quickly.
Chrstine McCarthy recognizes the reception Searchlight's films are receiving at film festivals.
Regarding theatrical releases, Disney reiterates that they will be flexible with distribution and windows.
The ad-load on Disney+ will be 4 minutes per hour at launch of the advertising plan.
Regarding the Disney+ pricing, McCarthy says they launched at a very low price, but looking to get to a more "market based price."
